Enora VIP Terms and Conditions
1. General
These terms apply to the Enora VIP Membership service (the “Service”) provided by Enora Solutions Oy (the “Provider”). By subscribing to the Service, the customer (the “User”) accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them.
2. Service Content
Enora VIP -jäsenyys sisältää ajantasaisen materiaalin Microsoft 365 -ympäristön muutoksista, viikoittain päivittyvät M365 Mastery Sheets -esitykset (PPT-muodossa, suomeksi ja englanniksi) sekä kuukausittaisen uutiskirjeen asiantuntijakommenteilla. Palvelu on käytettävissä kirjautumalla enora.fi-sivuston kautta.
3. User Rights
The user is permitted to use and distribute this material within their own organization. Reselling the material as-is or distributing it for public use without prior written permission is prohibited.
The right of use is personal and may not be transferred to a third party without the Provider’s written consent.
4. Payment Terms and Membership Management
The Service is a continuous monthly subscription, paid at the time of order by credit or debit card. The membership becomes effective immediately upon subscription, and payments are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
The User may manage their membership and payment details via the enora.fi websites My account -section. The membership can be canceled at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Breach of Contract and Contractual Penalty
If the User breaches these terms, for example by reselling the material as such or distributing it for public use, they are obliged to pay the Provider a contractual penalty of €10,000 and to compensate any additional damages incurred.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Provider strives to produce up-to-date and accurate content but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information. The content and materials of the Service may change without prior notice. The Service is provided ‘as is’, and the Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, the information contained therein, or any possible interruptions.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will primarily be settled through negotiation. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be finally resolved by the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.
